Barbecued Ribs

• 2 racks of ribs

• Dry rub of choice

• Favorite BBQ sauce


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove the wrapper from ribs. Turn ribs over and remove thin membrane from back. Lay the ribs on a large piece of aluminum foil (one piece per rack). Season liberally with a dry rub on both sides. Wrap the ribs up and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for an hour and a half. Remove from the oven and unwrap. Fire up your grill and place ribs on the grill. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce. Flip ribs every five minutes for about 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
